Dr. James Ann Lynch Character Award
2020-21 Dr. James Ann Lynch Character Award!
Dr. Lynch, now Dr. Sheley, opened Lake Carolina Elementary in 2002 and served as principal for 8 years. During those years, the school committed to learning how the brain learns best and how to incorporate lifeskills into our daily lives. Because Dr. Sheley consistently modeled lifeskills during her tenure at LCE, this award celebrates a student who does the same.
Dr. Sheley is currently an Assistant Superintendent for Academics in Richland School District Two.
