Our first day of Virtual Spirit/Sensitivity Week was amazing!!! We love the pictures of everyone wearing school colors and making the "I love you" sign in sign language to show love and unity. See pictures from yesterday and from all this week at Virtual Spirit/Sensitivity Week.
Today's challenge is to learn braille/dot signs and write "See you later Gator". This a link to the Braille Alphabet. Braille is a tactile reading and writing system used by blind and visually impaired people who cannot access print materials. It uses raised dots to represent the letters of the print alphabet. It also includes symbols to represent punctuation, mathematics and scientific characters, music, computer notation and foreign languages (from royalblind.org). Show us your writing with a picture in your pajamas. Email your picture to jewatson@richland2.org.
Make sure you follow the links to continue learning about ways to include others and kindness.
