Final Results...Boosterthon

LCE Families 

We had an incredible time these past two weeks during our #Boosterthon Program, and a fun day at our Fun Runs! 

We are proud of our students, families, teachers, business sponsors, staff, and so many more. It has been an incredible event, and with your help we were able to raise $50,000!

Thank you for your help and generosity. Our school is stronger with your donations and amazing support!

Because we reached our original goal AND our stretch goal, watch our principals, Mr. Williams and Dr. Norton, getting SLIMED and ICE BUCKETED!

2021 Boosterthon Fun Run

Thank you to all the gator families for supporting Lake Carolina during Boosterthon! We have had a wonderful time with the character education lessons as well as the the finale of the Fun Run today. Pictures from the Fun Run on each campus are in links below.

Check for a message on Monday to see if our new goal of $40,000 was met and if the principals were slimed and ice bucketed.

Final Night for Boosterthon...Fun Run Tomorrow

Tomorrow is our BIG Celebration Event Day - our FUN RUN! This means that tonight is the LAST NIGHT for donations!

If you haven’t registered, shared, or given, IT’S NOT TOO LATE! Every donation and share counts BIG time toward our goal.  We have a new stretch goal of $40,000! When we hit that goal, our Principals are going to be SLIMED and then ICEBUCKETED!

We would love for you to come and celebrate with us tomorrow! Here are the times:

Lower Campus:

8:15- PreK/SpEd/Kinder

9:15-1st

10:15- 2nd

Upper Campus:

8:15- 3rd

9:15- 4th

10:15- 5th

Make sure your student brings a water bottle with them to school for the event. Thank you for supporting our school and being a part of helping us provide new student resources that will help our school immensely.

DHEC Guidelines for Student Illness

 

Dear Parents/Guardians, 

We want to thank you for your continued support this school year. As we enter cold and flu season, we want to remind you of the protocols set forth by DHEC in regard to student illness. If a student has a fever of 100.4F or 100F with additional symptoms, they should not come to school. They may return when they have been fever free for 24 hours without the use of fever lowering medication such as Motrin or Tylenol. Additionally, School Nurses are still required to exclude students with a new or worsening cough, difficulty breathing, or loss of taste or smell. This is the DHEC exclusion list. This list can serve as a helpful resource when deciding if your student is well enough to attend school. We are always available to discuss your concerns and help answer questions.

Wednesday Boosterthon Update

We are so grateful for your hard work and generosity so far in our Boosterthon program! We have already raised over $32,000 for our school, and we’re not stopping there! We have a NEW goal of $40,000 to hit before our Fun Run! 

Our Fun Run event is coming up THIS Thursday, and we're inviting you to come and celebrate! The times are:

Our challenge for tonight is the top class in EACH grade will get to PIE the Booster team in the face tomorrow! Remember to log donations on MYBOOSTER.COM and share your student's link!
