Conservation Poster Contest Winner

Richland Soil and Water Conservation District is pleased to announce that Lake Carolina Elementary School has one winner for the annual Conservation Poster Contest. 

Congratulations to Abigail Lanier, a 3rd grader, for First Place in the second-third grade category for her "We All Need Trees" poster.
